Karachi, Gulistan Spinning Mills Limited has released a notice of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to take place in Karachi on June 24, 2023. Furthermore, it has been announced that the share transfer books of Gulistan Spinning Mills Limited will remain closed from June 17, 2023, to June 24, 2023. During this period, which includes both dates, no transfer of shares will be accepted for registration.
