Habib Bank Limited Announces Book Closure for Third Profit Payment of ADT-1 TFC2 “HBLTFC3”

Karachi, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has issued a notice regarding the forthcoming closure of the transfer books for the Third Profit Payment of ADT-1 TFC2, commonly known as “HBLTFC3.” This scheduled profit payment is set to occur on September 28, 2023, and represents a vital component of HBL’s commitment to its valued investors.

Book Closure Details:

To facilitate the Third Profit Payment, the transfer books for “HBLTFC3” will be temporarily closed from September 22, 2023, to September 28, 2023, encompassing both days. During this brief period, the bank will not process any transfers related to “HBLTFC3.”

To ensure their eligibility for the profit payment, investors and unit holders are advised to submit their transfer requests to the office of the bank’s Registrar, M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited. The Registrar’s office is located at CDC House, 99-B, Block ‘B’, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400.

Crucially, all transfer requests must be received by the close of business on September 21, 2023. Transfers received within this stipulated timeframe will be deemed as timely and eligible for the purpose of receiving the Third Profit Payment related to “HBLTFC3.”
