Karachi, Habib Insurance Co. Ltd. (HICL), with a paidup capital of Rs. 619.37 million, has announced a cash dividend of 12.50% for the fiscal year ending December 2023. The company has recorded an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 6.00 for January February 2024, up from Rs. 5.75 in 2022/2023. Habib Insurance, which has been listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 1949, reported a turnover of 169,500 during this period.
