Health Minister Reviews Upgrades and Patient Care at Sadiq Abbasi Hospital in Bahawalpur

Bahawalpur, Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafiq conducted a comprehensive late-night inspection of Sadiq Abbasi Hospital, focusing on its emergency services, operation theatres, and other facilities. The visit also included interactions with patients to assess the quality of medical care provided.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, Minister Rafiq reviewed the ongoing revamping projects and examined the hospital’s storeroom and attendance registers. He emphasized the importance of accelerating improvements in the hospital infrastructure and patient care services.

During his visit, Minister Rafiq assured that the government would prioritize the availability of medicines and the recruitment of doctors to address current shortages. He stressed the need for transparency and efficiency in the hospital’s revamping efforts and directed that these projects be completed swiftly to enhance healthcare services in the region.
