Karachi, Highnoon Laboratories Limited has made a significant announcement regarding the distribution of interim bonus shares. The decision was taken during a recent video-link meeting held by the company’s Board of Directors on June 9, 2023.
The Board recommended that no cash dividend would be issued to shareholders. Instead, they proposed the issuance of bonus shares as a means of rewarding investors. The bonus shares would be allocated in proportion to the existing shareholding, with a ratio of fifteen (15) shares for every one hundred (100) shares held, equivalent to fifteen percent (15%).
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on June 19th, 2023, will be eligible to receive the bonus shares. To facilitate the distribution process, the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 20th, 2023, to June 22nd, 2023, inclusively.
