Hinopak Motors Limited Announces Board Meeting to Discuss Quarterly Accounts, Declares Closed Period

Karachi, Hinopak Motors Limited has notified stakeholders that a meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on July 25, 2023, in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending June 30, 2023.

As per regulatory requirements outlined in Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, Hinopak Motors Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 18, 2023, to July 25, 2023. During this period, which includes both days inclusive, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings with the shares of the company.

The Closed Period ensures transparency and prevents any potential conflicts of interest or insider trading. It provides a fair and level playing field for all investors and protects the integrity of the financial markets.
