Hub Power Company to Review Quarterly Financial Statements on April 29

Karachi, A meeting of the Board of Directors for The Hub Power Company Limited is scheduled for Monday, April 29, 2024, in Karachi. The primary agenda will be to consider and approve the financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2024.

The company has announced a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company’s shares. This restriction is in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Stakeholders and TRE Certificate Holders have been notified as required.
