Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries Ltd Announces 38th Annual General Meeting

Karachi, Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries Ltd has announced the convening of its 38th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders and stakeholders are invited to attend the event, which will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, in Karachi.

During the meeting, several important matters will be addressed. Firstly, the attendees will receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2021. The reports of the Directors’ and Auditors’ on the accounts will also be reviewed.

Furthermore, the appointment of External Auditors for the upcoming financial year, ending on June 30, 2022, will be discussed. The remuneration of the appointed auditors will also be determined during this session.

The share transfer books of the company will remain closed from 31 May, 2023 to 8th June, 2023 (both days inclusive).
