ICI Pakistan Limited’s reconstruction approval of new date of extraordinary general meeting

Karachi: We refer to our letter dated December 30, 2011 and wish to inform you that since the 6th of February may be a public holiday on account of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal (subject to the sighting of the moon), we would wish to convene the extra-ordinary generation on Wednesday, the 8th of February, 2012.

There will be no change in the time (10:30 a.m.) and the venue of the meeting (ICI House 5 West Wharf, Karachi).

The revised dates of book closure will be from February 1, 2012 to February 8, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of determination of entitlements to attend and vote at the meeting.

We would therefore request you to grant us permission to hold the EOGM on Wednesday, the 8th day of February, 2012 at 10:30 at ICI house, 5 West Wharf, Karachi with revised book closure dates from February 1, 2012 to February 8, 2012 (both days inclusive).
