Karachi, October 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Bond of Director’s meeting of the Company to be held at 1088/2 Jail Road Faisalabad on October 24, 2012 at 11:30 am for the approval of first quarterly account for the period ended September 30, 2012.

As per the requirement of the Code of Corporate Governance Clause No. XXVI, it is to intimate you that the Closed Period (in which the Directors of the Company are prohibited to sell and purchase the shares of the Company) is from October 17, 2012 to October 24, 2012 (both days inclusive).
