Srinagar, March 03, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) is organising a seminar on the proposed Police bill 2013 on Tuesday (5th March) at Sadder Court Complex in Srinagar.The HCBA spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the decision to this effect was taken in an extraordinary meeting of the Bar Association.
He appealed all the District and Mufassil Bar Associations of the occupied territory to participate in the seminar and send their representatives along with written opinions on the proposed Police Bill 2013.
“There will be no work on the said date and in this regard all the presiding officers of the respective courts have also been informed,” he added.
