Srinagar: Indian security forces have initiated a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Frisal area of Kulgam district, marking another episode in the region’s ongoing security measures.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation involves personnel from the police, Indian army, and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). It was reported that the operation was ongoing at the time of the latest updates.

In a related development, another CASO continues in the Modergam area of Kulgam district, which has resulted in the death of one army trooper.
