Indonesian cultural performances and art exhibition held in Karachi

Karachi, August 30, 2015 (PPI-OT): The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Karachi is holding the two-day cultural performances and art exhibition at Ocean Mall, Clifton. The Show provided the opportunity to the peoples of both the countries to explore the possibilities of entering new markets with a long-term vision of gaining economic prosperity. The Consul General of Indonesia, Honorable Hadi Santoso kicked off the show by hammering on a ring.

A large number of stalls comprising Indonesian products, including garments, spices, handicrafts, besides airlines, travel agencies, and Indonesian food products were set up at the exhibition, so as to promote Indonesian exports in general and tourism sector in particular. Documentary, describing tourism and trade facilities, opportunities, beautiful spots, along with the brief history and economic situations of the country, was also a part of the exhibition.

One among other most interesting aspects particularly for children and families, visiting the show, was cultural performances by Indonesian children. During the exhibition many traditional dances were presented. Hadi Santoso, addressing a opening ceremony, he said that the two-day event would focus on promoting Indonesia tourism and will also display Indonesian products such as spices, textiles and food products and consumers goods.

Furthermore the Exhibition was highlighted the cultural shows, Indonesian Cultural Performances. The visitors fully enjoyed the Indonesian traditional colourful performances that were excellently organized and every one completely enjoyed. The exhibition productively concluded on Sunday, August 30, 2015 in very successful manner.
