Investment Seminar held at Pakistan Embassy Tokyo

Islamabad, October 19, 2015 (PPI-OT): An Investment Seminar was held at the Events Hall of the Embassy in Tokyo on 15th October, 2015. The seminar was attended by more than sixty businessmen from a large number of Japanese companies including Suzuki Motors, Yamaha, Nissan motor company, Sojitz, Morinaga, NEC, Kao Corporation and Ryoshin Denki Company. The participants showed keen interest in investing in Pakistan, says a press release received here today from Tokyo.

The Seminar was formally inaugurated by the Ambassador Farukh Amil who spoke about Pakistan’s economic turnaround. Economic Minister gave an in depth presentation about Pakistan’s investment potential and the various profitable opportunities in the energy, infrastructure, agriculture and dairy farming, mining and minerals sectors.

She also invited the businessmen to visit Islamabad for the Pakistan International Conference on November 4 to 5, 2015. The details of the conference program were shared with them. Three Japanese Companies operating in Pakistan; Suzuki Motor, Marubeni Corporation and Yamaha Motor company made presentations about their Operations in Pakistan.
