Karachi, July 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 26th July, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at its Registered Office, 17-Abid Majeed Road, Lahore to consider the un-audited accounts of the company for the 3rd Quarter ended June 30, 2013.

Also note that from July 19, 2013 to July 26, 2013 as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
