JDW Sugar Mills to Hold Board Meeting for 3rd Quarter Financial Statements, Announces Closed Period

Karachi, JDW Sugar Mills Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2023, in Lahore. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider the 3rd quarter financial statements of the company for the period ended June 30, 2023, and declare any entitlements.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, JDW Sugar Mills Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 18, 2023, to July 25, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.

The purpose of the Closed Period is to ensure fair and equal access to information for all shareholders, minimize the risk of insider trading, and maintain transparency in the market. This step aligns with the company’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
