The bank has appointed Syed Adeel Ehtesham as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Mr. Amin Muhammad Virani, effective March 01, 2024. This leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for the financial institution as it continues to navigate the complexities of the banking industry.

In a parallel move, Syed Muhammad Talib Raza will take on the roles of Company Secretary and Head of Legal at JS Bank, replacing Mr. Hasan Shahid, starting March 04, 2024.
