JS Investments Limited Calls for Unclaimed Dividend Claims; Shareholders Given 90-Day Window

Karachi, JS Investments Limited has issued a notice regarding unclaimed or unpaid dividends that have remained outstanding for a period of 3 years from the date they became due and payable. The details of the dividends can be found on the Company’s website at www.jsi.com/downloads.

A prior notice was dispatched on April 14, 2023, via registered mail acknowledgment to the last known addresses of the shareholders, urging them to submit their claims within three months to the Company. However, except for a few exceptions, no response has been received.

The Company now extends an invitation to all shareholders to lodge their claims within 90 days with the Company’s Shares Registrar at the provided address. If no claims are received within this stipulated period, JS Investments Limited will proceed to comply with the provisions as prescribed within sub-section (2) of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.
