Karachi, Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited has successfully credited the final cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023. Each shareholder received Rs.5.00 per share, equivalent to a 50% dividend, on April 22, 2024. The payment was made electronically to the designated bank accounts of shareholders who provided valid CNIC and IBAN details.
The company has also ensured that dividends payable to non-resident shareholders are remitted in compliance with the State Bank of Pakistan’s regulations.
