Islamabad, Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a revision in the schedule of its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the associated book closure dates, according to a disclosure sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE). The notification, referenced under JLICL/CS/PSX/2024/0008 and dated February 22, 2024, updates stakeholders following the company’s financial results announcement for the year ended December 31, 2023.
Initially set for April 26, 2024, the AGM is now rescheduled to take place on April 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Consequently, the book closure dates have been adjusted to span from April 19, 2024, to April 25, 2024, inclusive of both days. Shareholders entitled to dividend payments will be determined at the close of business on April 18, 2024.
The venue for the AGM remains unchanged, scheduled to be held at the Auditorium, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Tower on Jinnah Avenue in Islamabad. The company has confirmed that all other details previously communicated through the financial results announcement remain the same. Stakeholders, including the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, are advised to update their records accordingly.
