Lahore, Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited has announced the convening of its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, scheduled to take place on October 26, 2023, in Lahore.
The AGM will address crucial matters, including the consideration of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, along with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports.
Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of auditors for the company and determine their remuneration during the meeting.
Important Note: The company’s Members’ Register will be closed from October 20, 2023, to October 26, 2023. Additionally, all physical and CDC transfers must be received by the close of business on October 19, 2023, to be eligible for the AGM.
