Karachi Adviser Launches Initiatives to Enhance Cooperative Societies

Karachi, Ahsan ur Rehman Mazari, the Adviser to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Cooperative Department, made a surprise visit to the Registrar Office at Hassan Square and the Audit Office, focusing on improving the management of cooperative societies. During the visit, Mazari met with officials and was briefed on their operations, after which he issued several directives to better serve the public.

According to Chief Minister Sindh, Mazari spoke with individuals presenting their grievances related to cooperative societies. He ordered a comprehensive audit and subsequent reporting on the societies to address these issues promptly. Additionally, Mazari directed the digitalization of all records associated with these societies to streamline processes and improve transparency. Highlighting his commitment to resolving public issues, he announced the creation of a cooperative bank aimed at supporting the needs of the community.
