Karachi Officials Mourn the Loss of Former Chief Electrical Engineer Abdul Ghaffar

Karachi, The city’s top municipal officials, including Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab and Deputy Mayor Salman Abdullah Murad, expressed their condolences following the sudden death of Abdul Ghaffar, the former Chief Electrical Engineer of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Ghaffar, who had recently retired, passed away while on a pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, where he had gone to perform Hajj Baitullah. His death has brought a wave of grief among his colleagues and city officials, including Municipal Commissioner SM Afzal Zaidi and Director General Works Azhar Shah, who all remembered his contributions to the city’s infrastructure.
