Karachi, January saw modest trading activity at the Karachi Stock Exchange. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the listed capital reached Rs. 1,669,726.507 million. Market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 9,073,759.924 million. The turnover of shares ready amounted to 11,737.426 million, with future contracts at 4,167.581 million. The KSE 100 Index stood at 61,979.180, while the KSE All Share Index was slightly lower at 41,892.680.
