Karachi, July 15, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 02:00 PM on Monday 22nd July, 2013 at the registered office of the Company at Khairpur House, G-22/II, Gizri Avenue, Phase IV, D. H. A., Karachi to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending 30-06-2013.

It is also inform you that under the provision of regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange, Management has decided that w.e.f. 13-07-2013 to 22-07-2013 shall be a closed period (No director, CEO or execute shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period).
