Karachi, In response to the Order issued by the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore, a meeting of the shareholders of AEL Textiles Limited (the “Company”) has been scheduled. The meeting is set to take place on July 18, 2023, at the Company’s registered office in Lahore. The purpose of the meeting is to address the following agenda:
Ordinary Business:
1. Confirmation of the minutes from the previous extraordinary general meeting held on February 24, 2023.
2. Consideration of any other business that may be brought forth during the meeting with the permission of the Chair.
