Lahore, Federal Minister for Interior Senator Mohsin Naqvi participated in Eid-ul-Fitr prayers in Lahore, where he prayed for national peace, progress, and the welfare of the oppressed populations in Occupied Kashmir and Palestine. Following the prayers, the Minister engaged in Eid festivities with friends and family, sharing greetings and reflecting on the broader significance of the holiday.
According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi emphasized the essence of Eid-ul-Fitr as a time for caring and sharing, particularly with the less privileged. He voiced concern over the human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir and Palestine, calling for international intervention to halt these injustices.
In his message, the Interior Minister expressed gratitude for the blessings of Ramadan and described Eid-ul-Fitr as a culmination of the month’s spiritual journey, marked by fulfillment, divine mercy, and gratitude.
