Karachi, January 21, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that Mr. Atif Riaz Bokhari has been appointed as director of the Company with effect from 21 January 2013 to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Humayun Bashir. Intimation with respect to resignation of Mr. Bashir was already made to the Exchange/s vide our letter SEC/D.7/188A of 25 October 2012.

Mr. Bokhari has also been appointed as member of the Board Audit Committee with effect from 21 January 2013.
