Baba Farid Sugar Mills Limited’s meeting of board of directors

Karachi, January 21, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of directors of the company will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at T-09 Hafeez Centre, Gulberg III, Lahore to consider the unaudited financial statements of the company for the 1st Quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The Company has declared the ‘Closed Period” from January 24, 2013 to January 31, 2013 (both day inclusive) as required under clause (XXVI) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
