Karachi, Lucky Core Industries Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting today, during which eight (08) persons were elected as new directors of the company. The announcement was made after the following candidates filed their notices of intention to contest election for the board of directors:

Ms. Amina A. Aziz Bawany

The newly elected directors will take on their roles effective immediately, bringing their experience and expertise to further strengthen Lucky Core Industries Limited’s operations.
As the number of candidates contesting for the board of directors was equivalent to the number of directors fixed by the Board of Directors, all of the above-named candidates were deemed to have been elected at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
