Mahmood Textile Mills Announces 60% Bonus Shares for Shareholders

Karachi, Mahmood Textile Mills Limited, in their Board of Directors meeting held on June 19, 2023, declared the issuance of bonus shares to its shareholders. The bonus shares will be distributed in the proportion of 60 shares for every 100 shares held, representing a 60% entitlement.

Shareholders of Mahmood Textile Mills Limited whose names appear in the Registrar of Members on Saturday, June 24, 2023, will be eligible to receive the bonus shares. This entitlement will be paid/issued based on the existing paid-up capital of the company.

In light of the bonus share issuance, the Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from June 26, 2023, to June 26, 2023. Share transfers received at the Share Registrar, M/s Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited, located at 7 Bank Square, Lahore, by the close of business on June 24, 2023, will be considered for the purpose of the aforementioned entitlements for the transferees.
