Mainly hot, dry weather expected in most parts of country

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, very hot weather conditions with dust-thunderstorm/light rain may occur at few places in south/central Punjab and upper Sindh.

Rain and windstorm and thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in north Balochistan, KhyberPakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad twenty-four degree centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar twenty-nine, Karachi twenty-eight, Gilgit fifteen, Quetta twenty-two Muzaffarabad twenty and Murree eighteen degree centigrade.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain wind and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Baramula, Anantnag and Shopian, while dry weather in Leh.
