Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, January 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM at 42-Lawrence Road, Lahore, the Registered Office of the Company, to consider the un-audited accounts for the 2nd Quarter ended December 31, 2012.

Further, the Company has declared the “Closed Period” from January 24, 2013 to January 31, 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
