MCB Bank Seeks Regulatory Approval for Due Diligence of Silkbank Limited

Karachi, MCB Bank Limited (“MCB”) has expressed its interest in conducting the due diligence of Silkbank Limited (“Bank”), pending approval from the State Bank of Pakistan. The Board of Directors of the Bank has reviewed and considered MCB’s request, granting in-principle approval for the management of the Bank to seek regulatory clearance from the State Bank and proceed with the necessary steps to initiate the due diligence process.
