Islamabad: Hot and very humid weather is likely to persist in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind/thundershower is expected at isolated places in Potohar region, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning in major cities showed Islamabad, Quetta, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade, Lahore and Karachi at twenty-eight, Peshawar at twenty-seven, Gilgit at eighteen, and Murree at sixteen degrees centigrade.
In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast indicates partly cloudy conditions with chances of rain and wind with thundershowers in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The temperature recorded this morning was twenty-one degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian, twenty-eight in Jammu, thirteen in Leh, and twenty-two in Pulwama and Baramula.
