Islamabad: Abdul Aleem Khan, the Minister for Communications, underscored the importance of eradicating terrorism and curbing anti-state activities as essential for the country’s advancement and prosperity. His remarks came during a discussion with G.G. Jamal, a senior leader from the Istehkam-i-Pakistan Party of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Aleem emphasized the national unity in backing the ‘Azam-e-Istehkam’ Operation, aimed at enhancing security and law enforcement throughout the country. He pointed out that a stable law and order environment is vital for attracting investments and supporting development.
The minister also highlighted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s strategic significance as a connection point to China, Afghanistan, and Central Asia, reiterating the government’s focus on improving inter-provincial transportation infrastructure like highways and motorways to boost regional connectivity and economic growth.
