Modaraba Al Mali Acquires Shares of LSE Ventures Limited in Recent Transactions

Karachi, Modaraba Al Mali, a financial institution operating under Islamic principles, has completed the purchase of shares in LSE Ventures Limited. The transactions took place on July 10 and July 11, 2023, and involved the acquisition of 55,500 and 154,500 shares, respectively. The shares were obtained through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in ready form, at rates of PKR 4.86 and PKR 5.25 per share.
