Muzaffarabad, A moderate earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 struck the region 80 kilometers northeast of Muzaffarabad in Azad Kashmir on Sunday at 10:11 a.m. local time. The seismic event was felt by local residents but fortunately did not lead to any reported damage or casualties.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the earthquake occurred at a relatively shallow depth, which can often amplify the perceived effects of the tremor at the surface. Despite this, the area appears to have been spared any significant impacts, with no injuries or structural damages recorded as a result of the quake.
