Modern Textile Mills Limited’s final payment – Transfer, Surrender of Shares and Issuance of Duplicate for Lost Shares

Karachi: As per your above referred letter, we are still receiving shares and indemnity Bond for lost shares from the shareholders, to facilitate our company’s shareholders, we are finally extending time for Transfer, Surrender of Shares and issuance of Duplicate against Indemnity Bond for Lost Shares if any for final Payment we are extending the date up-to June 30, 2011 to enable us to complete winding up of the company.
