Modi Government’s Arrogance Overturned in Lok Sabha Polls, Claims Akhilesh Yadav

New Delhi: Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav criticized the Modi government in a recent Lok Sabha session, stating that the recent election results have curtailed the government’s arrogance, safeguarding democracy from becoming a dictatorship.

According to Kashmir Media Service, during the debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address, Akhilesh Yadav described the election outcomes as a moral victory for the INDIA bloc and a definitive end to communal politics in India. He highlighted June 4, 2024, as a pivotal date for Indian democracy, akin to India’s independence from British rule in 1947. Yadav also expressed gratitude towards voters in Ayodhya, where his party triumphed over the BJP, stating that those who claimed to represent religious figures were left seeking support.
