Islamabad: A delegation led by Mufti-e-Azam of Pakistan Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman met Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhary in Islamabad today. The meeting focused on strengthening unity and addressing issues raised by religious scholars.
According to Radio Pakistan, Interior Minister assured the delegation that their concerns would be carefully reviewed and resolved. It was agreed that a committee would be formed under the leadership of Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhary. Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman and other scholars will serve as members, tasked with presenting practical recommendations to tackle the issues discussed.
Expressing his appreciation, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman thanked the government for the initiative and offered prayers for Pakistan’s integrity, progress, and prosperity.
