National Refinery Limited’s dispatch of final dividend warrant

Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that the dividend warrants in respect of final dividend at Rs. 25 per share, i.e. 25 for the year ended June 30, 2011 have been dispatched to the shareholders by registered post on November 18, 2011.

A copy each of advertisements published in Jang (combined), Dawn English (combined) and Business Recorder (combined) on November 19, 2011 is enclosed.

Dispatch of Final Cash Dividend (D-65)

We are pleased to inform our shareholders that dividend warrants in respect of NRL Final Cash Dividend (D-65) for the year ended June 30, 2011 at the rate of Rs. 25/- per ordinary share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 250%, have been dispatched through registered post on all the entitled shareholders i.e. shareholders whose names were appeared in the Registrar of Members of the Company as on October 10, 2011.
