The shares were transferred through CDC (Central Depository Company) and were valued at 0.00 PKR per share.

Syed Hyder Ali, another Non-Executive Director of Nestle Pakistan Limited, participated in a gift transaction. On the same date, June 8, 2023, Syed Hyder Ali received 128,048 shares as a gift. The shares were also transferred through CDC and held no monetary value per share.
