NHA Officials Discuss Fort Munro Road Issues with PML-N Leader

Loralai, NHA Chairman Arshad Majeed and Member Muhammad Naseem Khattak held a meeting with Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan Nasir, Central Senior Vice President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, to address the deteriorating condition of the N70 Bawata to Fort Munro Road. The discussion focused on the road’s significance and the economic impact of its current state.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Sardar Nasir emphasized the importance of the Fort Munro Road as a critical inter-provincial highway facilitating the transportation of minerals and fruits from Balochistan. He highlighted the economic losses and unemployment caused by road closures and poor conditions, particularly during peak seasons. NHA Chairman Majeed assured that efforts would be made to resolve these issues promptly, acknowledging the road’s role in regional trade and employment.
