Karachi, July 18, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that Ms. Nabiha Shahnawaz Cheema has resigned from the board of directors of Nishat Power Limited (NPL) and Mr. Saeed Ahmad Alvi has been appointed in her place to fill the casual vacancy with effect from July 08, 2013.
