Karachi, First Elite Capital Modaraba announced today that its Non-Executive Director, Muhammad Javed Amin, has executed a transaction in the company’s shares. On May 11, 2023, Mr. Amin purchased 500 shares of First Elite Capital Modaraba at a rate of 3.16 PKR per share. The transaction was conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC), and the shares were in ready form.
