NTDC inaugurates new daycare center in Lahore to support female employees

Lahore, A new daycare center has been inaugurated at the NTDC TSG Training Center in New Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, as part of the Women Empowerment Program aimed at supporting the professional development of female employees. This facility is designed to help trainee female employees and staff at the TSG Training Center by providing care for their children during working hours.

According to National Transmission and Despatch Company, the inauguration ceremony featured General Manager (HR) NTDC, Engr. Taqi-ud-Din, and General Manager TSG, Engr. Ashar Ali, as the chief guests. The center includes a playroom, nursery, and kitchen, all built to high standards to ensure a supportive environment for the children of NTDC employees.

The initiative is part of a broader effort by NTDC to establish similar facilities across the country; this is the second such center, with the first located at the Shaheen Complex office. Plans are underway to open additional daycare centers in NTDC offices in Islamabad, Multan, and Hyderabad.
