Oil & Gas Development Company Distributes First Interim Cash Dividend

Karachi, The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited has announced the electronic distribution of its first interim cash dividend of Rs 1.60 per share, equivalent to 16%, for the period ended September 30, 2023. The dividend was credited to the shareholders’ designated bank accounts on November 24, 2023.

According to Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, shareholders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details are being requested to submit their IBAN to M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located in Karachi. The company also plans to publish this information in newspapers shortly.
