Karachi, In a pivotal board meeting held on September 15, 2023, at the company’s head office, OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited’s Board of Directors has made significant recommendations to shareholders for consideration at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Final Cash Dividend Declaration

The board has proposed a final cash dividend of Rs. 2 per share for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2023. This cash dividend represents an additional 20% on top of the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share, also amounting to 20%, which has already been disbursed to shareholders.

Important AGM Details

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited will be convened on October 26, 2023. Shareholders can attend the AGM either in person at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan or via video conference.

Key Dates for Shareholders

To be eligible for the final dividend, shareholders must ensure that their names are listed in the company’s Register of Members by October 19, 2023. The Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from October 19, 2023, to October 26, 2023, inclusive.
