Pace (Pakistan) Limited Faces Challenges with Negative EPS

Karachi, Pace (Pakistan) Limited (PACE), operating in the property market, faced some challenges in 2023. The company’s today’s rate stood at PKR 2.75, with a daily weighted average rate of PKR 2.78. Despite a significant paid-up capital of PKR 2,788.77 million, PACE reported a negative EPS of PKR (0.17) for the January to November 2023 period. The company has not announced any distributions for the current year. Listed in 2007, PACE’s stock experienced a high rate of PKR 2.78 and a low rate of PKR 2.75 this year.
